Cohesion and inclusiveness through sports

Partners: Meeting Point Kitgum, Acholi Renaissance Youth Association (ARYA)

Goal: Displaced youth encounter psychosocial and mental health hazards brought about by their negative copying strategies to daily issues including interrupted schooling, lack of livelihood options and a breakage in their social setup among others which in turn risks leading to unrest. Arts and sports provide a platform where cohesion and inclusiveness are built mostly among the youth and host community groups. The partners design the project using youth committees.
